Carlottas Rooftop

overview

A slice of Italy, a dash of Impy

Nestled atop the renowned drag and dine hub, The Imperial Erskineville in Sydney, you'll discover a charming inner-west rooftop bar, proudly dishing out Italian-inspired pizzas. Named after the iconic Sydney drag queen Carlotta, famous for her performances at "Les Girls" in the 1960s, Carlotta's Rooftop pays a vibrant tribute to the venues history. Throughout the venue, statues donned in striking drag makeup make for a truly unique and immersive visual experience. The colour scheme playfully twists the hues of the Italian flag with a flamboyant drag-inspired flair, while the typography blends traditional Italian signage aesthetics with a contemporary edge.
